By accessing our website and services, including but not limited to purchasing and engaging with our online architecture and self-development courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms. This access is granted upon full payment for the course. You are prohibited from sharing, distributing, or otherwise transferring your course access to any other individual or entity. Any violation of this term may result in the termination of your account and access to the course content without a refund.

4. Payments, Pricing, and Fees

Omara Design Academy offers courses that can be purchased through online payment platforms or via bank transfer. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. The prices for courses are clearly displayed on our website, and we reserve the right to change prices at any time. If you are required to make a payment through a bank transfer, you must follow the instructions provided during the purchase process. Any bank fees or additional charges are your responsibility. We do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering after your purchase.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through Omara Design Academy, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, software, and course materials, is the property of Bassel Omara and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of our services, or your relationship with Omara Design Academy shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
