At Omara Design Academy, we strive to provide high-quality educational content that meets your expectations. However, due to the nature of our digital products, all sales are considered final. This means that once you have purchased a course, you will not be eligible for a refund, except in certain circumstances as outlined below. We will review your request and respond within 15 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days, and the funds will be returned to the original payment method.

- Partially Completed Courses: If you have already accessed or completed a significant portion of the course, you may not be eligible for a refund.
